Plan on catching Todd Snider on Sept. 6th, with special guest Jason Wilbur (guitarist for John Prine).
Then on October 10th, going to catch Justin Earle as he goes through town again.

Who is on your list coming up?

I will be out at the AMA’s so I’ll load up on some great live shows! I’m going to make it a point to catch as many bands as I can that I’ve never heard of.  Around Texas, I’m looking forward to October 4th to catch one of my fav’s The Doc Marshalls.  They make it to Texas about once a year so this is a real highlight for me.  Lead singer, Nick Beaudoing, was down a few weeks ago in Texas playing some solo shows. I caught him over at the KNBT’s Roots & Branches show which is a weekly radio show hosted by Ray Wylie Hubbard.  It was great to see Nick play with Ray Wylie and Tom Gillam was there as well.  Anway, I’m looking forward to October around here

Greg - perhaps I will catch a glimpse of you at the AMAs - as I plan to be there and catch many live shows as well!  That’s the next concert/show I plan to attend....looking forward to it!

I’m so excited to be attending the AMAs for the first time, so I also hope to see lots of great performances. I saw Tift Merritt last month and she was amazing!

I just saw bluesman Albert Cummings last week at a small club north of Detroit.  Good stuff.  I also plan on attending a big Americana shindig at Gruene Hall near San Antonio in a couple of weeks.  Great lineup, including Micky & the Motorcars and about 6 other bands.
